Meier-Brakenberg offers the stationary frequency controlled hot water station with up to 4,200 l/h for comfortable machine care. The system is now available on a demonstration vehicle.
Frequency technology makes it possible to adjust to the user's requirements. Water output and water pressure as well as the number of users are variable. It is possible for two persons to clean at the same time. The entire water output is split individually between the users. The integrated heating unit is infinitely variable up to 98 °C and can be cleaned with warm water. All components are freely selectable. Frequency control always ensures best possible energy efficiency during cleaning.
Most recently Meier-Brakenberg equipped a demonstration vehicle with the frequency controlled hot water station.
Those who intend to use a hot water unit might also want to have a look at the on-board MBHot 1320. The 3 cylinder industrial plunger pump with crank shaft drive used here stands out with long service life. The pump provides 1,320 l/h at 140 bar. The 80 kW burner is diesel or fuel oil driven and capable of heating 22 litres of water per minute to 60 °C. Aluminium and stainless steel components ensure robustness during everyday use.
