Frequency-controlled high-pressure cleaners
A stationary high-pressure cleaner with frequency control is the perfect system for a team that cleans stables or machines simultaneously. The users just take one of the lances from the holder. The robust and high-volume plunger pump of the MBHSTF300 automatically recognizes the required pressure, whether 25 l/min or 50 l/min. The frequency controller then adjusts the rotational speed and maintains the pressure. This ensures maximum performance at minimum energy consumption.
Ten are faster than one
The MBHSTF4200 is capable of even 70 l/min. That enables one person to use a lance with high water output of 30 l/min while two other persons clean with an output of 20 l/min. Up to ten users can clean simultaneously with the MBHSTF2x6000 which is required e.g. for potato or egg sorting facilities or at packing stations.
The highly flexible water amount makes it possible for the user to adjust to many different fields of application. Exemplarily, you can wash farrowing pens with small water amounts and on the other hand piglet pens with high water amounts and high washing performance. In waste management it is used for cleaning courtyards, sorting and hoisting machines or containers by several users at the same time.
Washing performance can also be variably adjusted during operation at any time. It is possible to change the pressure and water output with the pressure control lance on request. This intuitive handling makes the unit extremely user-friendly.
The largely dimensioned components of the device and the high manufacturing quality guarantee long service life. Easily accessible service points facilitate easy and fast maintenance such as oil level check and oil change.
