Porky's Pick Up for fattening pigs and Porky's Pick Up XL for sows fundamentally revolutionise carcass transport. The dead animal is picked up without any physical strain or contact. With the self-propelled Porky ́s Pick Up, you go right up to the animal in the pen. With three electric pick-up rollers, the animal is pulled onto the vehicle at the push of a button. Transporker is light, small and is carried by hand directly to the carcass. The trucks entering and leaving the Josera factory site come from near and far, from agricultural livestock farms and other factories, by the minute. They could inadvertently spread animal diseases. This is why Josera, as one of the largest German manufacturers of mineral feeds, milk replacers and feed for farm animals, has opted for a disinfection gate from Meier-Brakenberg. This carries out a fully automatic and rapid decontamination of all vehicles passing through the plant entrance. Our disinfection gates guarantee full-surface spraying of the vehicles, from all sides and, with the help of the powerful spray nozzles in the floor ramp, also from below. This enables us to make an important contribution to Josera's hygiene concept.
The vehicle sluices from Meier-Brakenberg are available in mobile and stationary versions, depending on whether a location is to be permanently or temporarily protected against the transmission of epidemics.
